Summary:
This was a Strengths based Seminar for a group of 80 Financial Advisors from Great Eastern, held in Singapore. The session was delivered on February 2026. The FAs learnt and understood how they each sell with their unique strengths. They also examined how they naturally build trust, the type of conversations they flow in, tasks they naturally excel while others struggle.

By the end of the session, the FAs learnt why certain conversations feel easy or draining. They also saw why they are so energised at specific stages of the sales process and stuck at others. They connected these insights to real Selling Moments they have experienced in the past. When we understand how our strengths actually help us REPEAT our strong performances, the process becomes sustainable and feels lighter.
