This was a coaching engagement where Jon and I agreed to have regular 1-1 coaching as part of his role as the Head of Partnerships at Motion for Impact Singapore. Jon was a person who was warm and positive and always filled with many great ideas. He was keen to continue to grow as a professional and as a leader.
We started going through his CliftonStrengths profile to understand how he could leverage his talents in the work he does. We also spent time to process his life as an expat in the Singapore context and also about his role as a father to a young child.

Results of the individual and team coaching work in Motion:
I must say that Victor’s presence was one of the things that truly made the agency stand out in terms of culture and our inner work lives. I saw a real difference in the team dynamics during the time Victor worked with us.

Early on in my time at Motion, I felt that we experienced some gaps in trust and openness between our team members – 12 months later, I would say there is a marked improvement, with employees appearing much more fulfilled and happy, and new hires experiencing and remarking on the positive culture and team dynamic they find upon joining.
