CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop: Endeavour Primary School
Summary:
This was a Singapore CliftonStrengths teachers workshop for key personnels from Endeavour Primary school. This session was planned for the principal and the school leadership team.
The session focused on Understanding Self, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work, teach and relate to colleagues and students. We covered extensively on the idea of blindspots and how leaders need to be very aware on how their behaviors impact others. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for applying their talents for education.
