CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Boon Lay Garden Primary School

Summary:
This was a Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) leadership workshop for key personnels from Boon Lay Garden Primary School. This half day session was planned after the vice principal of the school had a 1-1 leadership coaching with me. The session was held at Enabling Village in Redhill in Singapore.

The session focused on Understanding Self and team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work, teach and relate to colleagues and students. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for applying their talents for education. The feedback from the leaders were great and they look forward to going deeper in understanding CliftonStrengths.
