CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for KPs - Nan Chiau Primary School

Summary:
This was a full day Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) leadership workshop for 33 key personnels from Nan Chiau Primary School. The session was held in the school in Singapore.

The session focused on Understanding Self and team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work, teach and relate to colleagues and students. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for applying their talents for education. The whole session was superb and we had one of the best overall feedback from a school’s workshop. Looking forward to partner with the school leaders and to continue the work to embed the strengths language for the whole school.
