"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the staff from The Land Managers, held in their Singapore office on Club Street. There were 10 participants. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help the staff identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their daily work and in collaboration. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language within the team.

Summary:
This was a 4 hours half day CliftonStrengths team building Workshop for 10 staff from The Land Managers. The session was held at 64 Club Street, at their Singapore office, on 20 April 2026.

We started the day unpacking the different talent themes and covering the strengths fundamentals. I facilitated specific conversations within the different departments and also had the CEO shared about his talent themes and he wants to lead the organization. There was also a group clarifying time set aside for people to learn the talent themes that needed deeper explanation. After the short coffee break, we did an experiential activity to understand the four domains of team strengths. We went through how different ones are motivated differently. We closed the session with team coaching and got the team to explore how certain talents have the potential to be misunderstood by others and actions that can be taken to manage the unhelpful behaviours. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
