Summary:
This was a 4 hours half day CliftonStrengths team building Workshop for 10 staff from Main Hardware International. The session was held at Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel, on 22 May 2026. This group had a mix of 10 Singaporeans and workers from Myanmar. The session was part of a full day team building arranged for the team. After the Strengths workshop and lunch, the team had a pickleball session to round up the day.
We started the morning unpacking the different talent themes and covering the strengths fundamentals. I facilitated specific conversations within the different departments and gave time for queries and for individuals to explore deeper about their talents at work.
After the short coffee break, we did an experiential activity to understand the four domains of team strengths. We went through how different people are motivated differently. We closed the session focusing on optimising talents and applying the talents at work. Did some group coaching as well and we explored about how talents can not just improve performance and teamwork but can also hinder a team’s effectiveness. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
