Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) teambuilding workshop for SG Enable, held in Singapore. We finished a total of 5 such workshops for different departments within SG Enable. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.

SG Enable is an agency in Singapore dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities. It is such a joy to be able to impact this non profit organization and to do our part to serve people in Singapore with disabilities (in an indirect way). In empowering the staff in SG Enable to discover their strengths, we believe the renewed mindset will also empower the staff to help and to guide those with disabilities to discover the genius that is within them.
