CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - SG Enable (Non Profit Group)
This CliftonStrengths team workshop was one of six workshops conducted for SG Enable. The sessions used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants from the workshops left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.
Context:
We were approached by SG Enable HR team to conduct a series of CliftonStrengths workshop for SG Enable. They have about 100 leaders and staff. Together, we co-created and customized six workshops, one for the Management Team and five other workshops for the rest of the departments.
Summary:
The six CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) teambuilding workshops for SG Enable were all held in Singapore in different locations. All of the workshops took place in the month of February 2018. Each workshop was catered for specific departments within SG Enable. The picture captured was for session one and there were 30 participants. All the sessions focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. The series of workshops was considered a success as participants gave overwhelming positive feedback and the Management session was also well received.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams as we have originally designed.
Personal Reflection:
SG Enable is an agency in Singapore dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities. It is such a joy to be able to impact this non profit organization and to do my part to serve people in Singapore with disabilities (in an indirect way). In empowering the staff in SG Enable to discover their strengths, we believe the renewed mindset will also empower the staff to help and to guide those with disabilities to discover the genius that is within them. My Belief tank is very filled!
