CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop - SeraphCorp (SME)

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Team Building workshop for SeraphCorp, an SME, held in Singapore. Seraphcorp is also a training company in Singapore so this workshop was done for a group of very seasoned and established trainers. There was a total of 13 participants.

The session focused on self as well as team dynamics. One was about helping participants to understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they train, the other was about how their talents impact how they relate to one another and collaborate. Participants left with greater self-awareness. For me personally, there were lots of engagement and tough questions were asked. Felt like it was a session of iron sharpening iron. I really enjoyed the mental stimulation.
