I really really enjoyed running this CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop on the eve of Singapore National Day. I think it's the transformation of my marriage that gave me the passion to run this workshop for couples. Hope more marriages are transformed! Strengths is such a powerful tool to know each other at a deeper level and can be used powerfully for conflict management.
Had a great time impacting 120 educators from Gan Eng Seng School Singapore a couple of weeks back. The Principal was very happy and satisfied with how the training session went. She commented that she really enjoyed the interactive workshop that helped her to apply her strengths and to learn more about her team. She especially enjoyed the Balcony and Basement portion.
Got invited to speak to a group of men about the Strengths Philosophy and the Strengths-Based Approach of engagement. Shared how the CliftonStrengths (Strengthsfinder) tool is really a great tool to gain self-awareness and to increase our ability to lead ourselves and others.
Travelled from #Singapore to China (Shanghai) and did a 2 full days CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop for Remy Cointreau Senior Leadership Team together with Jason Ho. Facilitated the whole workshop in Chinese and thankful that it went very well #feelingreat
