We focused on Team Leadership today and went through the matrix of the Exco Team as well as the individual departments. I coached the leaders on how to interpret the matrix and how to use the data for greater team engagement. It was great hearing how the different leaders felt that they now have greater insights into the team strengths.

China CliftonStrengths (Gallup StrengthsFinder) Workshop

This CliftonStrengths Workshop in Lijiang was a great success! This Regional MNC team include people from #HongKong, China (Beijing, Shanghai), Japan, Korea, Czech Republic, India, Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) and Singapore. We discussed a lot about Strengths based Leadership and how as Leaders, we can leverage our strengths to grow our individual and team performances. We also talked a lot about Strengths Partnership and how we can use Strengths to overcome our weaknesses. Shared some stories about how Jason and I intentionally partner each other and how we leverage each others' strengths at work. Very happy that the participants gave us great feedback and shared with us about their learnings. We had a great dinner together with all the workshop participants to round up the day. Back to #Singapore tomorrow for another few more workshops this week!

StrengthsFinder Trip - Bumped into Senior Pastor Lawrence Chua

What a coincidence and what are the chances! Traveling to China to conduct a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop and bumped into Pastor Lawrence from Living Sanctuary Brethren Church and his wife. He is a man with a very big and generous heart and someone I highly look up to because of the way he leads his church. I enjoy these kind of little surprises. Counting my blessings.
