Valentine's Day is drawing near so it was great to have these couples really investing their time and money to come for this CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop yesterday evening. We had a great time together. I revamped some parts of the program based on past feedback as my Maximizer is always wanting to make things even better. Very happy that the new curriculum gave me a greater flow. The participants gave great feedback about the program as well. Also had the joy of having long time friend @marcuswong joining the workshop and to support what I do. Very glad to hear he had a great time with Liana. A great way to end the week!

Singapore Strengths-Explorer Student Workshop - BBSS Sec 1 Cohort
#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former Gallup StrengthsFinder) Workshop for teachers and #StrengthsExplorer for students for Bukit Batok Secondary School. This was another student program completed for close to 300 Secondary One students, our second cohort workshop for the month of January. This time round, we had a team of 14 trainers for the students and 1 trainer for the teachers. Even though it was pouring heavily and the noise of the rain had some slight effects on the workshop, the mood remained positive. Overall, the students workshop went better than expected. The teachers workshop was quite well received too. Looking forward to the next workshop which will also have another 300 students as we move on to the Secondary two students from the same school.

CliftonStrengths Teachers' Equipping Workshop - YJC Singapore
Finished a #Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop for a group of teachers from #Yishun Junior College. This teachers' workshop was part of a strategy to equip them on different ways to follow up with the students. We had finished a 2 days Study Genius workshop with the JC students earlier in the week. This was the second time we are running this program for the school and really happy to be able to continue the partnership!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop - Anglican Youth Diocese Singapore
Ran a #Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthFinder) #Youth #Leadership #Workshop for 52 youths from 12 different Anglican churches. This was part of the Serve Program, organized by the Diocesan Youth Board in Singapore. Am glad to be able to serve the youth and be part of this program for the last 4 years. Having been a former Youth Pastor for an Anglican Church, coming back to this community and catching up with some familiar faces brought great joy and memories.

Singapore Strengths-Based Parenting Talk: Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School

Did a Strengths-Based Parenting Talk after completing the 2 days workshop for the Secondary One students from Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School. Shared with the parents what we did for the students program, how the students felt about their strengths and shared the feedback from the students. The purpose of the talk was to educate the parents on the Strengths Based Approach and why the school chose to start the orientation week with a Strengths program. The talk was also used to give practical handles on how parents can follow up and partner the teachers and us as vendors. Thankful to end this week with this talk!

Was very proud to complete this first student cohort workshop for Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School. This was a 2 days student program completed for close to 300 Secondary One students! Had a team of 14 trainers for this student program with different skill sets and experience. Needed a strong team of Trainers and Facilitators as we were dealing with students from the Express, Normal Academic and Normal Tech streams. This was also the second and third day of school and most of the students do not yet know one another so the workshop was not easy to facilitate. In the end, it went very well and the students were very engaged and the teachers gave good feedback. I'm very thankful to our trainers for the great delivery! For me, it was very enjoyable to see these students that these students not only can learn and know their strengths from this workshop but they also get to form deeper and more meaningful friendships with one another. Very very happy to start 2017 reminding myself and the team why we are all in this Strengths journey. "Seeing Every Generation Live Out Their Full Potential!"
