Always enjoy doing work with non profit groups and churches as part of being a blessing. A personal highlight was seeing Amanda Joy, our newly joined Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach in action. Both of us have the #Activator theme and often on the job training is the best way to learn

Got invited to conduct a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) workshop as part of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School's Emerging Leaders' Program. The Leaders came from different organizations and there were participants from Singapore, Japan, China, Pakistan and India. Glad to be able to contribute towards the Strengths Movement in Singapore and Asia
