CliftonStrengths Workshop for a Singapore SME.

This program was designed and agreed by the Human Resource manager and myself. It consists of 2 workshops and some coaching sessions. The program was designed as a professional development course for a group of teachers at an enrichment centre. The HR manager was keen on developing the teachers so that they grow professionally and hopefully, the fruit of that is the increase in productivity level. This was the first of the two workshops and the management gave a thumbs up for what they experienced. 👍🏼

#Gallup #StrengthsFinder #Workshop for Singapore's MOE Special Education Division. I happen to have 4 similar dominant strengths  with the Director and we hit it off straight away. It was great hearing how he felt about the StrengthsFinder workshop during our debrief and evaluation: "Concise, insightful and powerful. I took away much more than I had anticipated." It is often difficult to weigh the effectiveness of a training workshop and I often have to depend on feedback as an indication to determine if I'm on track. So being able to receive such feedback from the team leader was a huge encouragement to me.

1st Singapore CliftonStrengths (former Gallup StrengthsFinder) Couple Workshop for 2017.

Valentine's Day is drawing near so it was great to have these couples really investing their time and money to come for this CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop yesterday evening. We had a great time together. I revamped some parts of the program based on past feedback as my Maximizer is always wanting to make things even better. Very happy that the new curriculum gave me a greater flow. The participants gave great feedback about the program as well. Also had the joy of having long time friend @marcuswong joining the workshop and to support what I do. Very glad to hear he had a great time with Liana. A great way to end the week!

#Singapore #StrengthsFinder #TeamBuilding #Workshop held at #Changi Village hotel. This was a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) workshop for the Information Technology Division for EDB and some of the photos were taken and given to me by the organizer, who also happened to be the photographer for that day! The day started with the CIO sharing how he felt StrengthsFinder will be great for the team. That short speech was very encouraging and set the right tone for the team to learn about their strengths. The workshop went very well and there were lots of laughter! Very glad to have fellow Singapore Gallup coaches, Mandy and Meiling, giving strong support in the workshop as well!

Singapore Strengths-Explorer Student Workshop - BBSS Sec 1 Cohort

#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former Gallup StrengthsFinder) Workshop for teachers and #StrengthsExplorer for students for Bukit Batok Secondary School. This was another student program completed for close to 300 Secondary One students, our second cohort workshop for the month of January. This time round, we had a team of 14 trainers for the students and 1 trainer for the teachers. Even though it was pouring heavily and the noise of the rain had some slight effects on the workshop, the mood remained positive. Overall, the students workshop went better than expected. The teachers workshop was quite well received too. Looking forward to the next workshop which will also have another 300 students as we move on to the Secondary two students from the same school.

Finished a #Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop for a group of teachers from #Yishun Junior College. This teachers' workshop was part of a strategy to equip them on different ways to follow up with the students. We had finished a 2 days Study Genius workshop with the JC students earlier in the week. This was the second time we are running this program for the school and really happy to be able to continue the partnership!
