This CliftonStrengths career workshop was designed for a group of young working adults from Bethesda Pasir Ris Mission Church (non-profit). There were over 30 young adults. Some were still studying in university, some had just started work and some had been working for quite some time. The focus was on helping the individuals discover more of their own strengths, gain self awareness and understand how their strengths connect to their career. Many wanted to find out also how they can use their strengths to serve in the church as well. There were lots of great interaction during the career workshop. We had a combined session in the morning before breaking out into 2 groups in the afternoon. Fellow colleagues and Gallup Certified Coaches Tan Meiling and Madelia Thia, took one group while I took another. The break out sessions allowed us to focus on different objectives to better cater to the needs of the participants. One of the surprise highlights was that I met a teacher whom I coached two years back and she was one of the participants in the workshop. It felt good to reconnect again and she shared a bit what she had been doing and how she used her strengths as a teacher.

Back to Singapore from China (Sanya)! StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Leadership Workshop Program completed!
This Leadership workshop was for a the Management Regional team from Marriott International. There was some pressure that I faced to ensure the program preparation was precise and the delivery was top quality. In the end, the senior leader was very pleased with the outcome of the StrengthsFinder Leadership workshop and gave us a great feedback and a 10/10 score! The other leaders in the Management team were also very happy with the outcome. Once again, the partnership with Jason was great and the leadership workshop facilitation was a near perfect performance! It was an extremely enjoyable experience as we leverage on each other's strengths to deliver. Really enjoy how we intentionally bring the best out of each other.

StrengthsFinder TeamBuilding workshop held in Changi Airport for Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
This Gallup StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Workshop focuses on helping each individual understand and apply their own strengths. The Team Leader who is new to the team, had done StrengthsFinder previously and wanted to use Strengths as a strategic way to build up the team. For this StrengthsFinder team building workshop, it was a first partnership with Strengths coach Vivian Liang and it was a joy to watch her use her Positivity & Adaptability talent themes to engage the participants. Felt very proud and happy just watching her in action! The idea of running a workshop at Changi Airport was also an experience to be remembered! Looking forward to having a good time with the family as Singaporeans celebrate the 52nd National Birthday!

The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help individuals identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and action plans to deepen their understanding and application to their work.
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop open to the public. Among the participants, there were entrepreneurs, retail managers, a business administrator, a vice-principal from a local school, a branding and marketing manager, pastors, a HR manager and a leader in a VWO. The session focused on individual productivity, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to others. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening personal productivity.

The #CliftonStrengths assessment was new to the teachers who were from one of the Primary schools in the central part of Singapore. There was a buzz when the teachers arrived for the staff seminar as all of them had completed the StrengthsFinder online assessment prior to the seminar. They were all eager to understand what those strengths meant. It was a fun filled time and lots of interaction took place. Predictably, the most helpful section o the CliftonStrengths workshop was the section on personal development. We covered how each strength can be expressed in its infancy and maturity and took everyone through a time of reflection. Each participant charted out their own development plan as part of the whole exercise. Transforming the Singapore #education sector school by school.

CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - Zebra Sales Team
CliftonStrengths TeamBuilding workshop held in Singapore
This Gallup StrengthsFinder Workshop was planned as the day 1 program of a 3 days team building program. It is a yearly get together for this MNC Southeast Asia regional sales team. The participants came from Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The focus was really on getting the different team members from different countries to connect with the regional leader and with one another. The CliftonStrengths team building program was held at a newly built hotel in the eastern part of Singapore and the set up was excellent. For the 2nd time in a week, I get to leverage on CoachJasonHo's strengths as we facilitate the workshop together for 35 participants. We also had another Singapore Gallup Certified Coach, Charissa Ee, joining us in facilitating this workshop. Despite a little language barrier faced by some of the participants, there were lots of laughter and energy generated from the interaction. Jason and I were also able to leverage on our sales experience to share how individuals can tap on their strengths to increase sales performances. This seems to be greatly appreciated as we take the participants through the "aiming your strengths" portion by focusing on Strengths-based Selling. There were lots of coaching involved as the 3 StrengthsFinder Coaches split ourselves to coach the teams from the different countries. Overall, it went well and the regional team leader who sits in Singapore was pleased with the outcome. We hope to be able to continue to impact this organization and help it create a Strengths Based culture.
