Summary:

This CliftonStrengths Workshop was a team building workshop delivered for NTU, held in Singapore. It was held on 27 October 2017 for the team from Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. There was a total of 47 participants. I co-facilitated this workshop with a small team of fellow Gallup Certified Coaches.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. There were lots of activities for the participants to make the day fun and immersive. We also facilitated many discussions between the different teams so that they have the time to understand and appreciate each other’s talents.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. The team members were all very engaged and there were lots of interaction and sharing.
