Some CliftonStrengths themes can be quite contrasting yet can appear within the same individual as a unique combination. Some other combinations provide the special powers to do specific type of tasks.

I love calling out these unique combination of talents, articulate the power these combinations create and see the faces of individuals light up. This is when I know the workshop is now more than just a workshop for many individuals.
