Did another Singapore CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop. I personally really enjoy facilitating a workshop with people from different nationalities and cultures. There were participants from China (Beijing and Shanghai), Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Europe, USA and Singapore. The experiences shared were so rich and so much to learn and absorb. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was a great success and I'm once again very thankful! I also had a good tour of the Singapore Visa office and the Visa University is amazing! . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Successfully delivered a StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop. Follow up workshop to be held in December in Thailand!
Did a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) workshop in #Singapore for a Regional #Leadership team from a Fortune 500 company together with Jason Ho. There were participants from Philippines, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Europe, USA and of course Singapore. Very thankful that the team leader was very happy with the fun and interactive way we delivered our workshop. I felt I wasn't at my 100% as I was nursing a bad throat. Will be flying to Thailand in 2 months time to do a follow up workshop. Hope to continue to create a deep impact and sustain the Strengths Movement in this team.

A personal highlight was trying out a new idea I had to get the couples to go deep with each other and share about how they felt misunderstood. That particular activity went very well and was very well received. Very thankful!

This was a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop on the eve of Singapore National Day in August 2016, held in Singapore. The session focuses on using CliftonStrengths for relationships and marriages.
I think it's the transformation of my marriage that gave me the passion to run this workshop for couples. Hope more marriages are transformed! Strengths is such a powerful tool to know each other at a deeper level and can be used powerfully for conflict management.
