#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Workshop #program for the JC1 Cohort from Catholic Junior College. This was a huge milestone personally as it is the first time we did a workshop for 900 students in one seating. Running 14 concurrent sessions, 21 StrengthsFinder trainers were deployed. This student workshop program had a simple focus: help the students discover their innate talents as they start their 2 year’s journey in a junior college. It was a really crazy and stressful time managing the whole program but it was well worth it! Looking forward to part 2 of the program carried out in March.

StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop - Singapore SkillsFuture Program Oct 2017
CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop held in Singapore. This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop open to the public and Singaporeans can use their #SkillsFuture credits. There were seven participants in this October run and it was a small but intimate setting. There were lots of discussion and it was very interactive. I especially enjoyed one sharing by a participant as he recalled how he felt he used his top 10 Strengths in a particular high point in his career and he shared with lots of passion. He enjoyed the leadership workshop so much that he shared he is going to share with his staff and encouraged his team to sign up for this course. What an encouragement!
For those who have never heard of SkillsFuture, this is a movement initiated by the Singapore government to enable all Singaporeans to develop to their fullest potential and to realize their aspirations by taking advantage of a wide range of learning opportunities. The aim of this particular Leadership program is to help participants understand how to use their full 34 CliftonStrengths profile results to be effective leaders in the marketplace.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop - CDAC
CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Singapore #TeamBuilding workshop held at #ClarkeQuay for #CDAC. Using #CliftonStrengths assessment, the focus was on helping each individual in team gain greater awareness of each other’s strengths and build appreciation for one other. The CliftonStrengths workshop for this non-profit group was filled with mostly female participants and energy level was very high. I had a great partnership with Strengths coach Cindy Lee and Vivian Liang. They led with great enthusiasm and passion. The participants gave good feedback too and we were very happy with the results.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Singapore Change Management Leadership Workshop Program - Merger
#Leadership #Workshop for student leaders from Serangoon Junior College. This was a follow-up to a previous #StrengthsFinder session done in May. There are many Singapore schools going through mergers. This school was one of those. We were brought in to help the 200 student leaders understand change management so as to lead others to remain positive when it gets trying and challenging. The session focused on helping student leaders understand how to deal with change with a positive attitude and how they can leverage on their strengths to make a difference. This has been a really interesting project and I’m very thankful for this opportunity. Looking forward to helping other Singapore schools manage similar merger situations!
