Singapore CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - CDAC
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Team workshop delivered for CDAC. The session was held in Clarke Quay, in Singapore. I co-facilitated this CliftonStrengths workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. This CliftonStrengths workshop for this non-profit group was filled with mostly female participants and energy level was very high. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. I also had a great partnership with Strengths coach Cindy Lee and Vivian Liang. They led with great enthusiasm and passion. The participants gave good feedback too and we were very happy with the results.
