Did a hybrid session a few days ago on integrating strengths intelligence (using #cliftonstrengths) with emotional intelligence for over 50 HODs from Singapore Tourism Board. This is the 16th time I have done equipping for the same organization. Thankful that I can have trust from them.
1. We had discussions in small groups. The energy level went up significantly. One of the greatest values from such a session is the opportunity to process and share with others how their strengths are expressed at work.
2. We explored leadership scenarios and how strengths operate in context.
3. We explored emotional contexts and how strengths are affected depending on the emotional contexts of individuals and teams.
It was a lovely time.
Best of all, I bumped into friends who I have not met for many years. It is both a privilege (and a weird kind of feeling) when I run a session and there are friends sitting in as participants.
