It was such a great time of listening, discovering and drawing out learning points. Very encouraged to see how this couple intentionally wants to process their marriage journey, desiring to give more and to serve one another. I am reminded of how intentional I need to work on my own marriage and to discover ways to serve my wife.

Had dinner last week with one of my favourite couples, Gim and Joy. We talked about each other's strengths, shared about each other's journey including the challenges I face in running the coaching and training business. Thankful for their support and their interest in wanting to sign up for the Advanced CliftonStrengths couple workshop that I'll be conducting. Managed to even give them a short tour of my office after dinner too.

Having previously been a Youth Worker for 10 years, I am still very passionate in impacting students. I enjoyed coaching students on naming, claiming and aiming their top 5 CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) towards their personal goals. In a time when depression seems to be on the rise among many students in Singapore, Strengths can be used as a powerful anchor to help students and youth stay positive. I strongly believe that each student has a unique calling and a person's talents are used powerfully to fulfill this call.

Clearly I'm on a roll! After finishing the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop, I continued round 2! On Singapore's National Day, I took some time to give some StrengthsFinder coaching to Marcus & Silin and Sam & Gloria. Went through with them on how to leverage each other's strengths and also discover some strengths partnership within each pair. Seems like BGR is always my favourite topic!
