Summary of Session:
Flew from Singapore to Hong Kong to conduct a Full Day CliftonStrengths Team Communication Workshop with a regional team from Ricardo PLC. Participants were from Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and China. The session was held in December 2024.
There was great chemistry. There were lots of good natured banter and laughter. We covered basic strengths fundamentals. We moved to learning and practicing foundational elements needed for great communication and teamwork. We also covered blindspots that often lead to conflicts and misunderstandings and practice “catching people doing right” using a simple and effective tool. Was delighted with the outcome!

The objectives were to really help the team members understand each other’s working style, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We focused on the top 10 strengths and covered some of the blindspots. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Workshop for a team of leaders from PVH, held in Hong Kong. PVH owns Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and many other brands so this was a great privilege and opportunity. The Director of Human Resource also joined in to participate in the workshop so it was a good opportunity for us to connect. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
