CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for school leaders 

This was another follow up workshop conducted after the leadership team from this particular Primary School completed the #StrengthsFinder discovery workshop last year. After discussing with the new principal, this follow up workshop was designed to focus on how the leadership team can leverage on each other's strengths. I covered our LEVERAGEstrengths™ module and highlight different practical ways the teachers can work with one another and build the strengths partnership. We discussed extensively on the four domains of leadership strengths researched by #Gallup. The discussions were very fruitful and I took away some new insights as well. Transforming the Singapore #education sector school by school.

CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop: Radin Mas Primary School

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for 100 Singapore Primary School teachers.

This was a follow up workshop conducted after the teaching staff from this particular Primary School in the central part of Singapore had completed a #StrengthsFinder discovery workshop last year. This leadership workshop focused on the application portion and we designed the curriculum using the framework from the book "Teach with Your Strengths". It was very satisfying helping the educators connect strengths with their teaching practices and illustrating the StrengthsFinder principle of talent x investment = Strength. Looking forward to coaching the school leaders and staff and helping the school create a Strengths Based Culture. Transforming the Singapore #education sector school by school.

CliftonStrengths Coaches on a Team Building Retreat in Vietnam

CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Coaches flying from #Singapore to #Vietnam for a team building retreat. In this retreat, we have engaged an external leadership coach and consultant who will train us as a team and help us align our purpose and vision. This trip is also for the coaches to do some team building as we will have time to have some fun and bonding time in Vietnam as well. We also hope to go deeper into learning strengths as coaches. My personal goal is to use this trip to be rejuvenated, to be inspired again and to realigned my own personal calling to be a strengths coach and an entrepreneur.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop - Anglican Youth Diocese Singapore

Ran a #Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthFinder) #Youth #Leadership #Workshop for 52 youths from 12 different Anglican churches. This was part of the Serve Program, organized by the Diocesan Youth Board in Singapore. Am glad to be able to serve the youth and be part of this program for the last 4 years. Having been a former Youth Pastor for an Anglican Church, coming back to this community and catching up with some familiar faces brought great joy and memories.

Gallup StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop held in Botanic Garden Singapore

#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Leadership #Workshop held at #BotanicalGardens! This leadership workshop for this MNC was for the top tier of Senior Management across Asia Pacific. Many of them have been exposed to CliftonStrengths Tool but wanted to continue to deepen the journey. Was a great privilege to be chosen together with Jason to facilitate this group of leaders to deepen their understanding about Strengths Based Leadership. We also touched on how focusing on strengths can increase the level of employee engagement. The pressure was immense as this was the highest level and the top tier of leaders within the organization. Everything needed to be done with excellence. In the end, it was such a joy to have the Group Chairman affirm the workshop and shared about how he felt that he benefitted from it. Feeling thankful for God's grace in the whole process!

CliftonStrengths (Gallup StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for Janssen Commercial Team completed! Back in #Singapore! The focus of this follow up leadership workshop was about leveraging strengths to create a strong positive leadership culture. It was especially needed in a dynamic regional business landscape. I also added a new segment of strengths based application by learning the top 5 cutting edge activities to strengthen strengths application. It was helpful for some to understand Destiny and Calling. That section of he workshop was extremely well received by the regional leaders. Thankful for a great wrap up and many happy faces! Looking forward to coming to #Chiangmai #Thailand again. Such a nice location with great food and warm and hospitable people!
