Just completed 2 CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshops in Bangkok together with Jeff. The workshop was split into 2 similar sessions as we were conducting for a very large division. Thankful again for the high energy and hunger that the participants displayed. It was evident to me that the participants enjoyed the whole learning process and they were happy with the workshop.
Even though I had conducted several Strengths workshops in India, this was the 1st time I was in Mumbai. Conducted workshops for 2 separate groups. Did the 1st workshop for a group of staff from an organization followed by another workshop for a group of young working adults. Stayed a total of 4 days in Mumbai and went to a few places as well. Very enjoyable time in Mumbai!

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for Janssen, part of the Johnson and Johnson group. This workshop was held in Bangkok, Thailand. This was the 10th workshop for JnJ and we are glad that we can continue to impact the different teams in this organization. This was also a team filled with people from different culture including people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea. Doing cross-cultural workshops energized me a lot and this was no different. Co-facilitated this workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Madelia Thia. There was a great partnership.
This was a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) workshop done for Singapore Tourism Board (Visitor Experience Division). It was a fun filled day! Thankful that I can continue to partner Singapore Tourism Board and run multiple workshops for this Stat Board since the partnership started a few years back.
CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) for Women in Leadership Marriott Conference in Shenzhen, China. "Dare to Be" is the theme of this Leadership Conference organized by Marriott International for their staff and the purpose is to empower and equip women. It was a privilege to be invited to do a Keynote session in the Day 1 morning of the conference. Other than myself, there were a few other male delegates as well. I spoke to 200 leaders (mostly women) from Marriott on the topic of Personal Mastery. I also had the chance to listen to many top women leaders in Marriott International including Peggy Fang Roe, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Asia Pacific; Cleofe Albiso, General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo; Becky Cao, Vice President, Global Sales, Greater China and Anna-Liza Vergara, General Manager of Sheraton Manila. The stories shared were so powerfully authentic and insightful. It was an amazing experience! Big thanks to fellow Gallup Certified Coaches, Mandy Lin, Carol Chen and Madelia Thia, who went along with me to China to help facilitate the different Mastery activities. The four of us ended the time in Shenzhen with a sumptuous seafood dinner! Fantastic trip!

This session was completed a month back. It was really a delight for me as I experienced the passion shown by a group of ladies who humbly give of themselves to serve their team and to serve God. It was a day of great interaction and learning and one that made me felt like I received more than gave. This group of female leaders went through a session learning about their full 34 StrengthsFinder profiles and went deep into understanding their dominant strengths and blind spots. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and was very impacted by them even as I lead the training session.
