Entrepreneurship Career Awareness Student Program: Strengths-Based Game of Life
Strengths-Based Game of Life Career Program for Secondary students. This leadership program was designed to be part of a Career Awareness Day in partnership with Lifelong Learning Institute of Singapore. The theme of the Career Day was on Entrepreneurship. From the game, students will learn some entrepreneurial skills as well as discover their strengths. We ran the Game of Life twice: one in the morning for 300 secondary students followed by another round in the afternoon for another 300 students. There were many intense moments in the Game as students go all out to achieve and to perform. It was evident that some students are wired to be future entrepreneurs. Hope this interactive and experiential learning program will continue to help breed more entrepreneurs! Love this Game!

StrengthsFinder Student Leadership Workshop - Bukit Panjang Government High
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Workshop #program for the student council group from Bukit Panjang Government High. This was a program completed a few weeks ago. The workshop was split into 2 parts. Part 1 focuses on the students learning the foundations of strengths. Part 2 had half the students applying and aiming their strengths towards greater teamwork and the other half of the students applying and aiming their strengths towards greater confidence in presentation and public speaking abilities.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop - SeraphCorp (SME)
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #TeamBuilding #Workshop #Program for SeraphCorp, an SME in #Singapore. This workshop was done for a group of seasoned and established trainers and we had a full day session covering KNOWstrengths™ and APPLYstrengths™ module. There were lots of engagement and tough questions were asked. Felt like it was a session of iron sharpening iron and I really enjoyed the mental stimulation. Overall, I felt it was a very positive session and I’m glad I took up the challenge of running a workshop for a group of well established individuals in the same profession.

StrengthsFinder Student Cohort Workshop - CJC
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Workshop #program for the JC1 Cohort from Catholic Junior College. This was a huge milestone personally as it is the first time we did a workshop for 900 students in one seating. Running 14 concurrent sessions, 21 StrengthsFinder trainers were deployed. This student workshop program had a simple focus: help the students discover their innate talents as they start their 2 year’s journey in a junior college. It was a really crazy and stressful time managing the whole program but it was well worth it! Looking forward to part 2 of the program carried out in March.
