StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Parenting Seminar.
Started the year by addressing over 300 parents and share about how Strengths affect our parenting style and how Strengths increase the wellbeing of our kids. This is the 3rd consecutive year I’m doing such a talk and very encouraged that the attendance has gone from 100 in the first year to over 300 this year. Managed to squeeze out some time to field some questions and answers from the floor. Grateful for the opportunity and for finishing the crazy 1st week of 2019 on a high note.

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) China Guangzhou Workshop Program for one of Zebra Technologies regional team. This workshop was held in Science Park, Guangzhou and it was the first of the two workshops I’m conducting. This was my first time I did a workshop in Guangzhou, China. Participants were from China, Singapore and Malaysia and the workshop was conducted in English and Chinese. The team was hungry for learning and participation was very high. Lots of team members had the Analytical and Learner StrengthsFinder theme and there was lots of curiosity and questions. The most engaging activity seems to be our signature Strengths Art Wall™. Lots of great conversations and laughter came out of that! 10/10!

StrengthsFinder Workshop - Living Sanctuary Kindergarten
StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Workshop Program for Living Sanctuary Kindergarten. Was very glad for an opportunity to impact a group of teachers involved in early childhood education. I have seen with my own eyes and personally experienced through my own kids how great kindergarten teachers can truly impact the lives of children. Am personally glad that I can do my part to help these teachers from LSK discover more about their own strengths as well as impart some ideas about talent spotting in children. It was a very interactive workshop and a very enjoyable one to facilitate.

We often get invited to run Chinese CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop in China and Taiwan. Recently, we designed a new mug for a group of Chinese clients to enhance the experience. This is probably the first Chinese CliftonStrengths Mug in the world! Very happy and proud of how the mug can be used to help build a Strengths Based Culture!

StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop for KPs - Nan Chiau Primary School
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for Key Personnels from Nan Chiau Primary School. Was looking forward to this session personally. It was one of those that I managed to secure a meeting, went down to meet the school staff developer personally to pitch and got a confirmation that it was a go ahead. Was looking forward to the actual day training to finish off. It turn out that the school’s principal used to be the teacher for my fellow colleague and Gallup Certified Coach, Madelia Thia. The whole session was superb and we had one of the best overall feedback from a school’s workshop. Madelia’s Love tank was filled as well as she had a chance to appreciate her ex-teacher as well as conduct part of the StrengthsFinder session. Looking forward to continuing the Strengths Journey for this school!

CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Boon Lay Garden Primary School
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for Key Personnels from Boon Lay Garden Primary School. This half day session was planned after the vice principal of the school went through our public course and had a round of leadership coaching with me. The session was held at Enabling Village and went very smoothly. The feedback from the leaders were great and they look forward to going deeper in understanding StrengthsFinder. I enjoyed facilitating the discussions on the Strengths Art Wall and sharing insights on the team strengths. 👍🏼
