Add in #Responsibility and we know we have a player who we can count on and who is extremely dependable! The squad is now complete and I'm super happy with the new squad! People with Analytical think because of their feelings while people with Empathy think based on their feelings. The former works on logic while the latter works on emotions. Finding partners with Analytical enables people with Empathy to go through a more robust process of decision-making. Such a combination allows the decision-makers to consider and understand a more comprehensive range of factors that impact team members' well-being

Clearly I'm on a roll! After finishing the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop, I continued round 2! On Singapore's National Day, I took some time to give some StrengthsFinder coaching to Marcus & Silin and Sam & Gloria. Went through with them on how to leverage each other's strengths and also discover some strengths partnership within each pair. Seems like BGR is always my favourite topic!
