Back to Singapore from China (Sanya)! StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Leadership Workshop Program completed!

This Leadership workshop was for a the Management Regional team from Marriott International. There was some pressure that I faced to ensure the program preparation was precise and the delivery was top quality. In the end, the senior leader was very pleased with the outcome of the StrengthsFinder Leadership workshop and gave us a great feedback and a 10/10 score! The other leaders in the Management team were also very happy with the outcome. Once again, the partnership with Jason was great and the leadership workshop facilitation was a near perfect performance! It was an extremely enjoyable experience as we leverage on each other's strengths to deliver. Really enjoy how we intentionally bring the best out of each other.

StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop: PropertyGuru Singapore

StrengthsFinder TeamBuilding workshop held at ClarkeQuay, Singapore.

Using #CliftonStrengths assessment, the focus was on developing an awareness of the team strengths and how to leverage each other's strengths for greater partnerships and team productivity. This was a regional marketing team from a top property company based in Singapore. There were participants from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. The director who put the StrengthsFinder Workshop together had previously used the StrengthsFinder tool in his previous company and saw great results. He recommended the workshop to the CMO as part of a team building and strategic planning retreat.  For this CliftonStrengths team building workshop, it was a second partnership with Strengths coach Vivian Liang and she went one level up in her engagement with the participants. Looking forward to more workshops as our strengths really complement each other in the facilitation!

CliftonStrengths Singapore Coaches: Team Bonding Lunch

#CliftonStrengths #Singapore coaches bonding over lunch as we celebrated Vivian's birthday. Her #CliftonStrengths top 5 profile is quite unique, with all of her top 5 in the relationship building domain. Since Vivian joined the team, she has brought lots of fun and laughter to the team and helped the team to gel together in a deeper measure. In a CliftonStrengths workshop, her talent themes are usually very engaged as she used her Adaptability and Positivity to facilitate while her Empathy and Individualization are used to connect with participants in one to one conversations. As the team leader, I'm so glad that she is part of the team. She is a real asset and a great blessing!

Singapore Marketplace Leadership talk on Entrepreneurship

Spoke about how the #CliftonStrengths experience was used to impact leaders in the marketplace and the journey God has led me in co-founding #StrengthsSchool. This was a speaking engagement on Marketplace Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Spoke to a crowd of 400 aspiring young individuals. Within the sharing of doing business in the marketplace, I got to touch on my own story of the difficulties faced managing the start up business while raising 2 young kids.

Focused the sharing on how the pursuit of success revealed a great deal of lack in my life and how God empowered me to focus on my strengths to overcome some of the entrepreneurial challenges. Through the sharing, I realized how precious it was to raise up other young leaders like Amanda Joy and Madelia Thia to become professional CliftonStrengths certified coaches. Such a joy to see them become Gallup Certified Coaches and now doing great CliftonStrengths workshops and coaching among the schools in Singapore.

StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop - CAAS Singapore

StrengthsFinder TeamBuilding workshop held in Changi Airport for Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

This Gallup StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Workshop focuses on helping each individual understand and apply their own strengths. The Team Leader who is new to the team, had done StrengthsFinder previously and wanted to use Strengths as a strategic way to build up the team. For this StrengthsFinder team building workshop, it was a first partnership with Strengths coach Vivian Liang and it was a joy to watch her use her Positivity & Adaptability talent themes to engage the participants. Felt very proud and happy just watching her in action! The idea of running a workshop at Changi Airport was also an experience to be remembered! Looking forward to having a good time with the family as Singaporeans celebrate the 52nd National Birthday!

CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop: 
Singapore SkillsFuture Program Aug 2017

This was a #CliftonStrengths #Leadership workshop open to the public. Among the participants, there were entrepreneurs, retail managers, a business administrator, a vice-principal from a local school, a branding and marketing manager, pastors, a HR manager and a leader in a VWO. In the workshop, the leaders from the different industry shared about their leadership experiences with each other. It was very fun and interactive as everyone go deeper into understanding their full 34 CliftonStrengths results. I enjoyed hearing some interesting stories of how different people used their strengths to achieve their goals and to lead others. Many feedback that this was a great course on self-awareness and how that is so needed in leaders of today.

For those have never heard of SkillsFuture, this is a movement initiated by the Singapore government to enable all Singaporeans to develop to their fullest potential and to realize their aspirations by taking advantage of a wide range of learning opportunities. The aim of this particular SkillsFuture Leadership course is to help participants understand how to use their full 34 CliftonStrengths profile results to be effective leaders in the marketplace.
