"This was a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) team building workshop program for the Legal and Compliance Team from a Singapore based Real Estate Portfolio company. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from Legal and Compliance team. Session was conducted in August 2024. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
This was the fifth CliftonStrengths teambuilding Program ran for Revantage Asia!
Not sure what to expect as I face an all ladies legal team. It turned out to be a fantastic experience. The participants were very engaged and through out the entire strengths workshop program, the whole room was buzzing and alive. Grateful that I could have an opportunity to facilitate this workshop to help the team increase their level of self-awareness so that there can be more effective communication and collaboration.

Summary:
This was another full day leadership development workshop, focusing on coaching skills and empathy for emerging leaders. Session was held in Singapore, in July 2024, for a group of 40 leaders from Singapore, Malayisa, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Papua New Guinea and Australia. My role was to facilitate each leader to practice coaching skills and developmental conversations. Had a chance to partner with fellow ontological coach, Alice Chia, to deliver the program.

At the start, the participants were towards the quiet side. By the end of the workshop program, the whole room had come alive. Grateful that I could have an opportunity to facilitate this workshop to help the team increase their level of self-awareness so that there can be more effective communication and collaboration.

This was Part 2 of the leadership development workshop program using CliftonStrengths, held in Singapore for leaders from a hotel group. The session was delivered together with Ann Tan and June Ho, both CliftonStrengths certified coaches and session was held in July 2024. We integrated strengths, trust and communication into the program to make the content practical for the participants. It was a great practice for me to co-facilitate the session with Ann. Love our partnership as we leverage our unique CliftonStrengths themes to facilitate and bring out the best in each other.
