Energy Management Virtual Talk - Sustaining Our Performances
This session was a 1 hour virtual delivered to staff from an Automation and Information Technology Company. The talk focused on managing our energy, a topic that I got interested in as I go deeper in ontological coaching. Shared three distinctions about energy management to help people take ownership and action in this area.
In summary, I shared that Energy Management is no so obvious management. You can see and measure time but you can’t see energy. It is certainly hard to measure unless you are intentional about it. Energy management is ultimately about sustainable performance and self-care.

CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Coaches flying from #Singapore to #Vietnam for a team building retreat. In this retreat, we have engaged an external leadership coach and consultant who will train us as a team and help us align our purpose and vision. This trip is also for the coaches to do some team building as we will have time to have some fun and bonding time in Vietnam as well. We also hope to go deeper into learning strengths as coaches. My personal goal is to use this trip to be rejuvenated, to be inspired again and to realigned my own personal calling to be a strengths coach and an entrepreneur.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop delivered for the team of senior leaders from Johnson and Johnson. This leadership workshop was conducted for the senior leaders as part of a strategic business retreat. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration. In the end, it was such a joy to have the Group Chairman affirm the workshop and shared about how he felt that he benefitted from it. Feeling thankful for God's grace in the whole process!

The most enjoyable thing about the workshop was that the vice principal used to be my former Pastor when I was a teenager. She was the person who saw the potential in me and intentionally sowed into my life. It was such a joy to be able to now sow into the lives of the people she worked with. Through the input of the principal, we focused the session specifically on Team Strengths and how the whole Leadership team worked together. We also covered conflict management. The whole session went smoothly and overall feedback was very positive.
