Finished a two days StudyGenius™ program for one of the Junior Colleges in Singapore. This program is a Strengths-based Study Skills workshop designed to help students leveraged their strengths for greater study performance! My #Maximizer and #Activator are peaked as I see my colleagues and fellow CliftonStrengths coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy and Madelia using their strengths and engaging the students with ease. I also had a chance to share some personal stories to inspire the students as well. That was another highlight. Hope with the knowledge of their strengths and some study skills, these students can now perform at a higher level! "Seeing every generation live out their full potential!

Excited to see the CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) hitting over the 15million mark globally! This Strengths Movement is exploding! And for me, the best way to celebrate that is by conducting a Singapore CliftonStrengths StrengthsFinder Workshop! So I did that and conducted a Team Building Workshop for a large group of Human Resource Directors and Managers from SingHealth. These HR directors and managers came from all the different Singapore hospitals and Polyclinics. It was a privilege for me to interact with the Singhealth group HR director, Esther. She shared her appreciation and I'm glad we manage to impact the organization through the way we ran the workshop. I'm believing for greater things to come!

Did another Singapore CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop. I personally really enjoy facilitating a workshop with people from different nationalities and cultures. There were participants from China (Beijing and Shanghai), Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Europe, USA and Singapore. The experiences shared were so rich and so much to learn and absorb. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was a great success and I'm once again very thankful! I also had a good tour of the Singapore Visa office and the Visa University is amazing! . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Singapore StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop - Primary School
Did a #Singapore #StrengthsFinder #Leadership workshop for the Management Team of a local Primary School last week. Best part of the workshop for me is having a good friend among the participants. Was very encouraged when she shared that she and her colleagues immensely enjoyed the session! One of the participants even gave us a 11/10 score during the feedback section! Truly something to be thankful for! Looking forward to the next few weeks where lots of Corporate Engagement and Team Building workshops will be happening! Trusting God for greater impact and transforming cultures!
