Finished a two days StudyGenius™ program for one of the Junior Colleges in Singapore. This program is a Strengths-based Study Skills workshop designed to help students leveraged their strengths for greater study performance! My #Maximizer and #Activator are peaked as I see my colleagues and fellow CliftonStrengths coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy and Madelia using their strengths and engaging the students with ease. I also had a chance to share some personal stories to inspire the students as well. That was another highlight. Hope with the knowledge of their strengths and some study skills, these students can now perform at a higher level! "Seeing every generation live out their full potential!
