Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Team Workshop completed for JnJ Janssen, held in Bangkok Thailand. The workshop was split into 2 similar sessions as we were conducting for a very large division. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. Thankful again for the high energy and hunger that the participants displayed. It was evident to me that the participants enjoyed the whole learning process and they were happy with the workshop.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths workshop in Mumbai India. Did a total of 2 sessions for 2 separate groups. Did the 1st workshop for a group of staff from an organization followed by another workshop for a group of young working adults. Stayed a total of 4 days in Mumbai and went to a few places as well. Very enjoyable time in Mumbai.

Summary:
This was the 15th CliftonStrengths Team workshop delivered for Singapore Tourism Board. The session was held in the Singapore office, on January 2019. This was for the staff from STB Singapore Visitor Centre. I co-facilitated this CliftonStrengths workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. Being new to the idea of strengths, the team took a little while to warm up but soon the walls came down. They became very excited to learn their strengths and was very engaged listening and interacting with each other.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) workshop for JnJ, held in Hanoi Vietnam. This was the 1st workshop I had conducted in Hanoi. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. The participants were all local Vietnamese and they were very hungry to learn and very participative. Energy level was high and there were lots of laughter. Hope to be able to come back to Hanoi for future workshops!

Summary:
This CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop Program was for one of Zebra Technologies regional team. This workshop was held in Science Park, Guangzhou in China. It was the first of the two workshops I’m conducting on the trip.
This was also my first time I did a workshop in Guangzhou, China. Participants were from China, Singapore and Malaysia and the workshop was conducted in English and Chinese. The team was hungry for learning and participation was very high. There were lots of team members who had both the Analytical and Learner CliftonStrengths theme and there was lots of curiosity and questions. The most engaging activity was the activity where people sketched out what their talent themes meant for them. There were lots of great conversations and laughter that came out of that!

StrengthsFinder Workshop - Living Sanctuary Kindergarten
StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Workshop Program for Living Sanctuary Kindergarten. Was very glad for an opportunity to impact a group of teachers involved in early childhood education. I have seen with my own eyes and personally experienced through my own kids how great kindergarten teachers can truly impact the lives of children. Am personally glad that I can do my part to help these teachers from LSK discover more about their own strengths as well as impart some ideas about talent spotting in children. It was a very interactive workshop and a very enjoyable one to facilitate.
