SG Enable is an agency in Singapore dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities. It is such a joy to be able to impact this non profit organization and to do our part to serve people in Singapore with disabilities (in an indirect way). In empowering the staff in SG Enable to discover their strengths, we believe the renewed mindset will also empower the staff to help and to guide those with disabilities to discover the genius that is within them. My #Belief tank is very filled!
CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop - SeraphCorp (SME)

This workshop was done for a group of seasoned and established trainers and we had a full day session covering KNOWstrengths™ and APPLYstrengths™ module. There were lots of engagement and tough questions were asked. Felt like it was a session of iron sharpening iron and I really enjoyed the mental stimulation. Overall, I felt it was a very positive session and I’m glad I took up the challenge of running a workshop for a group of well established individuals in the same profession.

StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop - AIC Singapore (Non Profit)
#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Singapore #TeamBuilding #Workshop #Program for Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). This team building workshop was a follow up to one done last year. Last year, the group covered the KNOWstrengths™ module in a half day session. This year they asked for a follow up on the APPLYstrengths™ module and LEVERAGEstrengths™ module to start the year off and we had a full day session. There were lots of engagement and very positive feedback from the participants. Glad to be able to impact this government agency which does great work to impact the elderly population in Singapore.

This leadership workshop was the 8th training workshop since the partnership started in 2016. Am glad that the partnership continued to grow between the 2 companies. This leadership workshop was conducted for the leaders of the MNC’s South East Asia team as part of a retreat. The participants were from very diverse backgrounds and the strengths language helped to bridge the communication effectiveness between the leaders.

StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop - Ubisoft Singapore

This workshop was part of a mentoring program and a first of a series of workshops with Ubisoft Singapore. This partnership between Strengths School and Ubisoft started in Dec 2017 and was led by the Ubisoft Human Resource Team. The workshop in December was jointly conducted between Jason and myself and held at JTC Ideation centre!
