This was a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) workshop done for Singapore Tourism Board (Visitor Experience Division). It was a fun filled day! Thankful that I can continue to partner Singapore Tourism Board and run multiple workshops for this Stat Board since the partnership started a few years back.

We often get invited to run Chinese CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop in China and Taiwan. Recently, we designed a new mug for a group of Chinese clients to enhance the experience. This is probably the first Chinese CliftonStrengths Mug in the world! Very happy and proud of how the mug can be used to help build a Strengths Based Culture!

StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop for Students - NTU Peak Program
StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership and Career Workshop for NTU PEAK program. This was a full day workshop for a group of 40 selected NTU leaders and the second time we are running this program. Other than the student leaders diving deep into knowing and applying their strengths, the highlight was no doubt the leadership panel formed by established industry professionals. The panelists included leaders from Barclays, Shell and a fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Mandy Lin. All the panelists have extensive experiences in business finance and corporate sales and it was a treat for the students. The questions fielded were extremely relevant and greatly answered by the panelists. I enjoyed facilitating the conversations and it was a 10/10 experience for me personally. Feedback for the workshop was superb as well. The average was 9.1 out of 10. Amazing time spent with aspiring young leaders!

This was a great privilege personally as Microsoft is widely recognized as one of the top companies in the world and one of the Fortune 500 companies. The participants flew into Singapore from different parts of the region for a week’s program and I was engaged to run a professional development workshop to help the team members go deeper learn and apply their strengths. Assembled a team of 5 CliftonStrengths Coaches to facilitate for this huge group and was glad that the energy level from the participants was high through out the day. Looking forward to impacting other teams from Microsoft.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) & Mastery: Women in Leadership Conference (Marriott International)
CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) for Women in Leadership Marriott Conference in Shenzhen, China. "Dare to Be" is the theme of this Leadership Conference organized by Marriott International for their staff and the purpose is to empower and equip women. It was a privilege to be invited to do a Keynote session in the Day 1 morning of the conference. Other than myself, there were a few other male delegates as well. I spoke to 200 leaders (mostly women) from Marriott on the topic of Personal Mastery. I also had the chance to listen to many top women leaders in Marriott International including Peggy Fang Roe, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Asia Pacific; Cleofe Albiso, General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo; Becky Cao, Vice President, Global Sales, Greater China and Anna-Liza Vergara, General Manager of Sheraton Manila. The stories shared were so powerfully authentic and insightful. It was an amazing experience! Big thanks to fellow Gallup Certified Coaches, Mandy Lin, Carol Chen and Madelia Thia, who went along with me to China to help facilitate the different Mastery activities. The four of us ended the time in Shenzhen with a sumptuous seafood dinner! Fantastic trip!
