Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop delivered for a team of leaders from Microsoft, held in their Alexandra office in Singapore. This leadership workshop was delivered in July 2018. The participants flew into Singapore from different parts of the region for a week’s program and I was engaged to run this workshop to help the team members go deeper learn and apply their strengths. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. I delivered the session together with a team of 5 CliftonStrengths Coaches to facilitate for this huge group and was glad that the energy level from the participants was high through out the day.
