CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for Microsoft.
This was a great privilege personally as Microsoft is widely recognized as one of the top companies in the world and one of the Fortune 500 companies. The participants flew into Singapore from different parts of the region for a week’s program and I was engaged to run a professional development workshop to help the team members go deeper learn and apply their strengths. Assembled a team of 5 CliftonStrengths Coaches to facilitate for this huge group and was glad that the energy level from the participants was high through out the day. Looking forward to impacting other teams from Microsoft.
