We explored how to leverage strengths more effectively for collaboration. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. We also explored the shifts that are needed for a more intentional strengths based approach to leadership.

This was a keynote address done for a group of 50 leaders from Singapore Tourism Board as part of a leadership conference, held in Singapore. The session focuses on integrating strengths intelligence (using cliftonstrengths) with emotional intelligence. This is the 16th time I have delivered a program for STB. Thankful that I can have trust from them.
In the short session, we explored leadership scenarios and how strengths operate in context. We also explored emotional contexts and how strengths are affected depending on the emotional contexts of individuals and teams.

This CliftonStrengths coaching session was arranged as a follow up for leaders and managers in AIA who have gone through the Strengths Discovery workshop previously but interested to go deeper into specific application of CliftonStrengths for managers. The session was held in Singapore and delivered in Oct 2022.
This was a 2 hours coaching session focused on a specific application and we went deep into using a tool that I introduced. It was a customized tool designed for managers who can use the tool regardless of whether their team members have done the StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) assessment.
CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop - Young Working Adults Singapore
Summary:
This was a 3 hours CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop for a small group of young working adults who got connected to each other through a local church setting in Singapore. The session was filled with laughter, energy and vibrancy. It was really fun. The young adults were so hungry to learn and to know how they can use their strengths for their personal relationships, their work and to serve in their church ministries. It is always encouraging for me to hear how others will want to live a purposeful life.
Staying In Your Cutting Edge - Strengths Workshop for Learning Festival
Was invited to speak at a learning festival last week. The coordinator and I deliberated if we should do a short talk about the power of using CliftonStrengths or StrengthsFinder tool.
We went in another direction and I ended up doing a mini workshop that lasted an hour. I facilitated a group of staff from the aviation sector to explore their cutting edge contributions and qualities. The feedback was great and I am thankful for the opportunity to help people get clarity on some of the biggest contributions they can bring regardless of context.

Self Leadership and Career Workshop - University Students
{Self-Leadership & Career Workshop]
Employers are looking for talent. Often, attributes that employers hope to see in candidates include a great attitude, a strong sense of ownership, resilience etc. Self-Leadership is so needed at the workplace and is a kind of work that every employee needs to do but often neglects.
I do feel that this topic is one that is severely neglected / under-explored or discussed in schools. I see this as a big gap in how we prepare our future generations for their career. And I often wonder why little is being taught about the nature of inner work / self work when it has such huge implications for collaborative work, trust building, communications in the workplace.
I had the privilege to run a workshop for students from James Cook University recently. It was designed to help the students understand how self-leadership is strongly connected to our career goals. I am passionate about investing in the future generations and I see this as a huge part of nation building.
