It always feels long and short. It's been a long time since we met and the time of meet up seems so short! A meet up like this tells me how much I enjoy pouring into peoples' lives. We shared our journeys and stories and listened to one another's heart. We talked about each other's strengths, the life and journey of entrepreneurship and each other's future plans. We shared personal challenges and encouraged one another. And of course, as #Activators, we have to talk about what actions we are taking! To top it up, we had such nice burgers for dinner! I’m glad this guy co-founded Glyph Coffee. Check the place out!

When Strengths, Passion and Values meet one another. Did another CliftonStrengths Couple coaching for this awesome Singaporean couple at their place. It was such a great time of listening, discovering and drawing out learning points. Very encouraged to see how this couple intentionally wants to process their marriage journey, desiring to give more and to serve one another. I am reminded of how intentional I need to work on my own marriage and to discover ways to serve my wife.

This CliftonStrengths team coaching for a team of 4 was done for one of our neighbours. We are located in the same office building in Singapore and we are on the same floor. It all started from a chance meeting with the boss and learning about what they do. They are a design and branding company called Hatch Design Consultancy and they do great work, servicing clients like Lamborghini and Vertu. Coaching and Facilitation Leadership Workshop Singapore

One of the rare times I did not talk about Strengths but focused on facilitation and coaching skills for a non-profit group. Did a short workshop session for 30 men from different churches in Singapore. This was a leadership session to equip these men with some facilitation skills. Shared my RULES of engagement framework to give practical handles on facilitation. Finished a two days StudyGenius™ program for one of the Junior Colleges in Singapore. This program is a Strengths-based Study Skills workshop designed to help students leveraged their strengths for greater study performance! My #Maximizer and #Activator are peaked as I see my colleagues and fellow CliftonStrengths coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy and Madelia using their strengths and engaging the students with ease. I also had a chance to share some personal stories to inspire the students as well. That was another highlight. Hope with the knowledge of their strengths and some study skills, these students can now perform at a higher level! "Seeing every generation live out their full potential!

Excited to see the CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) hitting over the 15million mark globally! This Strengths Movement is exploding! And for me, the best way to celebrate that is by conducting a Singapore CliftonStrengths StrengthsFinder Workshop! So I did that and conducted a Team Building Workshop for a large group of Human Resource Directors and Managers from SingHealth. These HR directors and managers came from all the different Singapore hospitals and Polyclinics. It was a privilege for me to interact with the Singhealth group HR director, Esther. She shared her appreciation and I'm glad we manage to impact the organization through the way we ran the workshop. I'm believing for greater things to come!
