CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) Parenting and StrengthsExplorer Children workshop at Scape Singapore.
Celebrated the Easter weekend by conducting a Strengths workshop for families from Hong Kong. There were separate sessions run concurrently for the parents and children before the families come together for a combined session. The parents workshop was focused on Strengths-based parenting (using the CliftonStrengths profiling) while the children workshop was more of a strengths discovery workshop (using the Strengths-Explorer tool). Seeing how the parents and children interact during the combined Strengths family session was amazing! The parents had opportunities to affirm the strengths of the children while the kids were able to share what they love about their strengths. It was so heartwarming. Definitely hope to have more of such sessions in the future!
