On Singapore's National Day, I took some time to give some StrengthsFinder coaching to Marcus & Silin and Sam & Gloria. Went through with them on how to leverage each other's strengths and also discover some strengths partnership within each pair. Seems like BGR is always my favourite topic!

I really really enjoyed running this CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop on the eve of Singapore National Day. I think it's the transformation of my marriage that gave me the passion to run this workshop for couples. Hope more marriages are transformed! Strengths is such a powerful tool to know each other at a deeper level and can be used powerfully for conflict management.

Had a great time impacting 120 educators from Gan Eng Seng School Singapore a couple of weeks back. The Principal was very happy and satisfied with how the training session went. She commented that she really enjoyed the interactive workshop that helped her to apply her strengths and to learn more about her team. She especially enjoyed the Balcony and Basement portion.
