Did another Singapore CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop. I personally really enjoy facilitating a workshop with people from different nationalities and cultures. There were participants from China (Beijing and Shanghai), Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Europe, USA and Singapore. The experiences shared were so rich and so much to learn and absorb. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was a great success and I'm once again very thankful! I also had a good tour of the Singapore Visa office and the Visa University is amazing! . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Did a #Singapore #StrengthsFinder #Leadership workshop for the Management Team of a local Primary School last week. Best part of the workshop for me is having a good friend among the participants. Was very encouraged when she shared that she and her colleagues immensely enjoyed the session! One of the participants even gave us a 11/10 score during the feedback section! Truly something to be thankful for! Looking forward to the next few weeks where lots of Corporate Engagement and Team Building workshops will be happening! Trusting God for greater impact and transforming cultures!

In #Strengths School, we celebrate strengths but more importantly, we celebrate life. We celebrated Gideon's birthday together as a team at a nice Chinese restaurant. And we just have to wear our favourite team attire - #StrengthsTees! There were many eyes on us on the train. There were also many eyes on us as we made our way to our lunch venue. Had dinner last week with one of my favourite couples, Gim and Joy. We talked about each other's strengths, shared about each other's journey including the challenges I face in running the coaching and training business. Thankful for their support and their interest in wanting to sign up for the Advanced CliftonStrengths couple workshop that I'll be conducting. Managed to even give them a short tour of my office after dinner too.
