StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for a group of principals leading Kindergartens and Childcare Centres from the Anglican Diocese of Singapore.

This session was completed a month back. It was really a delight for me as I experienced the passion shown by a group of ladies who humbly give of themselves to serve their team and to serve God. It was a day of great interaction and learning and one that made me felt like I received more than gave. This group of female leaders went through a session learning about their full 34 StrengthsFinder profiles and went deep into understanding their dominant strengths and blind spots. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and was very impacted by them even as I lead the training session.

StrengthsFinder Student Leadership Workshop - Bukit Panjang Government High

#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Workshop #program for the student council group from Bukit Panjang Government High. This was a program completed a few weeks ago. The workshop was split into 2 parts. Part 1 focuses on the students learning the foundations of strengths. Part 2 had half the students applying and aiming their strengths towards greater teamwork and the other half of the students applying and aiming their strengths towards greater confidence in presentation and public speaking abilities.

StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop - SG Enable (Non Profit Group)

#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Singapore #TeamBuilding #Workshop #Program for SG Enable. We finished a series of 5 workshops for different departments within SG Enable. SG Enable is an agency in Singapore dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities. It is such a joy to be able to impact this non profit organization and to do our part to serve people in Singapore with disabilities (in an indirect way). In empowering the staff in SG Enable to discover their strengths, we believe the renewed mindset will also empower the staff to help and to guide those with disabilities to discover the genius that is within them. My #Belief tank is very filled!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop - SeraphCorp (SME)

#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #TeamBuilding #Workshop #Program for SeraphCorp, an SME in #Singapore. This workshop was done for a group of seasoned and established trainers and we had a full day session covering KNOWstrengths™ and APPLYstrengths™ module. There were lots of engagement and tough questions were asked. Felt like it was a session of iron sharpening iron and I really enjoyed the mental stimulation. Overall, I felt it was a very positive session and I’m glad I took up the challenge of running a workshop for a group of well established individuals in the same profession.

StrengthsFinder Student Cohort Workshop - CJC

#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Workshop #program for the JC1 Cohort from Catholic Junior College. This was a huge milestone personally as it is the first time we did a workshop for 900 students in one seating. Running 14 concurrent sessions, 21 StrengthsFinder trainers were deployed. This student workshop program had a simple focus: help the students discover their innate talents as they start their 2 year’s journey in a junior college. It was a really crazy and stressful time managing the whole program but it was well worth it! Looking forward to part 2 of the program carried out in March.

StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop - AIC Singapore (Non Profit)

#StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Singapore #TeamBuilding #Workshop #Program for Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). This team building workshop was a follow up to one done last year. Last year, the group covered the KNOWstrengths™ module in a half day session. This year they asked for a follow up on the APPLYstrengths™ module and LEVERAGEstrengths™ module to start the year off and we had a full day session. There were lots of engagement and very positive feedback from the participants. Glad to be able to impact this government agency which does great work to impact the elderly population in Singapore.
