Summary of the 2 Full days of Training Workshop conducted for VF in Chinese together with fellow Singapore Gallup Certified Coach Mandy Lin. The participants were all trainers within this Fortune 500 company so we felt lots of pressure! Day 1 was focused on learning about individual's strengths and focusing on name, claim and aim. It was quite challenging at first getting into the rhythm as I had a lot of questions about the different translations of the 34 Gallup StrengthsFinder themes. By the end of the day 1, everyone was highly engaged and excited about their own personal and professional development. I was most encouraged and humbled when the boss asked who felt that they had really benefitted by the end of day 1 and everyone raised their hands.

We finished a full day of LeadershipGenius™ program for a large group of Secondary School Student Leaders from Singapore. We used #StrengthsExplorer and facilitated a series of activities designed to help students leveraged their strengths to become better leaders. I was there to observe and to encourage the team. A big shoutout to our new StrengthsFinder coach, Amanda Joy, who was brilliant in her engagement with the students and led with confidence. Saw her #Adaptability, #Empathy and #Developer at work as she facilitated the session with the student leaders. Gideon, our CliftonStrengths Coach in Education was at his usual best as he took charge of the entire leadership workshop. The teachers gave feedback that the student workshop was extremely engaging and lively. This CliftonStrengths team coaching for a team of 4 was done for one of our neighbours. We are located in the same office building in Singapore and we are on the same floor. It all started from a chance meeting with the boss and learning about what they do. They are a design and branding company called Hatch Design Consultancy and they do great work, servicing clients like Lamborghini and Vertu. Finished a two days StudyGenius™ program for one of the Junior Colleges in Singapore. This program is a Strengths-based Study Skills workshop designed to help students leveraged their strengths for greater study performance! My #Maximizer and #Activator are peaked as I see my colleagues and fellow CliftonStrengths coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy and Madelia using their strengths and engaging the students with ease. I also had a chance to share some personal stories to inspire the students as well. That was another highlight. Excited to see the CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) hitting over the 15million mark globally! This Strengths Movement is exploding! And for me, the best way to celebrate that is by conducting a Singapore CliftonStrengths StrengthsFinder Workshop! So I did that and conducted a Team Building Workshop for a large group of Human Resource Directors and Managers from SingHealth. These HR directors and managers came from all the different Singapore hospitals and Polyclinics. It was a privilege for me to interact with the Singhealth group HR director, Esther. She shared her appreciation and I'm glad we manage to impact the organization through the way we ran the workshop. I'm believing for greater things to come!

Singapore CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Visa Worldwide

Did another Singapore CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop. I personally really enjoy facilitating a workshop with people from different nationalities and cultures. There were participants from China (Beijing and Shanghai), Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Europe, USA and Singapore. The experiences shared were so rich and so much to learn and absorb. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was a great success and I'm once again very thankful! I also had a good tour of the Singapore Visa office and the Visa University is amazing! . . . . . . . . . . . . .
