Clearly I'm on a roll! After finishing the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop, I continued round 2! On Singapore's National Day, I took some time to give some StrengthsFinder coaching to Marcus & Silin and Sam & Gloria. Went through with them on how to leverage each other's strengths and also discover some strengths partnership within each pair. Seems like BGR is always my favourite topic!
