Off to #Thailand to conduct a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for a regional team of a Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company. This is a follow up from the 1st leadership workshop held in October. Very happy to be able to once again have the opportunity to go deeper with the same group of leaders from this organization. Will be hoping to create a lasting impact as we share staff engagement strategies and insights into creating a team leadership culture. Traveling again with Jason and looking forward to a great time in Chiangmai Thailand!

#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Leadership #Workshop for the Management Team of one of the Primary School in the eastern part of Singapore. The most enjoyable thing about the workshop was that the vice principal used to be my former Pastor when I was a teenager. She was the person who saw the potential in me and intentionally sowed into my life. It was such a joy to be able to now sow into the lives of the people she worked with. Through the input of the principal, we focused the session specifically on Team Strengths and how the whole Leadership team worked together. We also covered conflict management. The whole session went smoothly and overall feedback was very positive.

Did a #Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthFinder) Workshop for #DaySpring, a Girls' Home together with Singapore CliftonStrengths Gallup Certified coaches, Tan Meiling and Amanda Joy. This is a belief that we have as a company - to continue to give back into society whenever we can. We split the sessions into two, one for the staff and one for the girls. I ran the workshop for the staff while Meiling and Amanda Joy did the one for the girls. Both the sessions went very well. I focused on helping the staff to know how to use their strengths to interact with the girls. Meiling and Amanda focused on helping the girls discovered more about themselves and how they can use their strengths to overcome their personal challenges. Overall, it was a fruitful and fulfilling experience.

CliftonStrengths (Gallup StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for Discovery Networks Asia Pacific at Sentosa Singapore

The Singapore CliftonStrengths (former Strengthsfinder) Leadership Workshop held at #Sentosa was a great success! The participants from Discovery Networks were such a fun group and the workshop was dynamic and full of laughter. Over the two days, we touched on different aspects of the Strengths philosophy and principles and the benefits of using strengths for greater performances. We did many activities to help participants gain greater self-awareness. We also discussed about what a winning team should be like and how to leverage on each other's strengths. One of the few workshops that I thoroughly enjoy!

CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Radin Mas Primary Day 2

We focused on Team Leadership today and went through the matrix of the Exco Team as well as the individual departments. I coached the leaders on how to interpret the matrix and how to use the data for greater team engagement. It was great hearing how the different leaders felt that they now have greater insights into the team strengths.
