Summary:
This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was held in Penang, Malaysia and it was a follow up workshop to the previous session conducted in Guangzhou, China. The participants were the regional leaders from the Supply Chain team from Zebra Technologies. The full day session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. So glad that even though the participants had gone through a one full day workshop previously, their enthusiasm was still 10/10 and participation rate was very high. The highlight for many was understanding the relationship between strengths and values. Lots of great conversations that went quite deep!

"This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was conducted for a group of students from NTU Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help the students identify their dominant talent themes and explore their future career pathways as well as leadership applications.
Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths leadership workshop for a group of 40 NTU students, held in Singapore. The focus of the workshop was increasing the self awareness of these students and to help them gain greater perspectives of the realities of working in the marketplace. What was different about this workshop was that it included a segment where I facilitated a sharing by panelists formed by marketplace leaders. One shared about her innovation work in Grab. Another shared about the innovation work in Centre for Strategic Futures, part of a Strategic group under Prime Minister Office. The last panelist shared about her innovation work in Mann+Hummel.

This CliftonStrengths Workshop was the 10th workshop delivered for NTU, held in Singapore. I co-facilitated this workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. The team members were all very engaged and there were lots of interaction and sharing. One of the members commented that it is so good to be able to share more about themselves and the things they enjoy and are energized about, rather than discussing about daily work issues and challenges. listening and interacting with each other. Grateful for a day well spent!
StrengthsFinder Student Cohort Workshop for ACS - 2019
StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Workshop program for students from ACS (Barker).
Running 10 concurrent sessions, 21 StrengthsFinder trainers were deployed. This student workshop program had a simple focus: help the students discover their innate talents and apply them in the area of #leadership. This was the first time #StrengthsSchool did an all boys cohort student program so the trainers weren’t sure what to expect. It was definitely challenging to a certain degree yet fulfilling at the same time. Looking forward to the next session with the boys!

This was a CliftonStrengths Workshop for a team of leaders from PVH, held in Hong Kong. PVH owns Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and many other brands so this was a great privilege and opportunity. The Director of Human Resource also joined in to participate in the workshop so it was a good opportunity for us to connect. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Strengths-Based Parenting Seminar - AISS
StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Parenting Seminar.
Started the year by addressing over 300 parents and share about how Strengths affect our parenting style and how Strengths increase the wellbeing of our kids. This is the 3rd consecutive year I’m doing such a talk and very encouraged that the attendance has gone from 100 in the first year to over 300 this year. Managed to squeeze out some time to field some questions and answers from the floor. Grateful for the opportunity and for finishing the crazy 1st week of 2019 on a high note.
