StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Workshop program for students from ACS (Barker).
Running 10 concurrent sessions, 21 StrengthsFinder trainers were deployed. This student workshop program had a simple focus: help the students discover their innate talents and apply them in the area of #leadership. This was the first time #StrengthsSchool did an all boys cohort student program so the trainers weren’t sure what to expect. It was definitely challenging to a certain degree yet fulfilling at the same time. Looking forward to the next session with the boys!
