Team Coaching (Strategic Leadership Retreat)- Motion
Summary:
This was a full day of leadership strategic session facilitated in a Team Coaching format. I facilitated a team check-in. I helped set up a team agreement. I offered some perspectives and facilitated some discussions. When different leaders facilitated, I observed the team dynamics and intervene when a shift was needed.
Overall experience was interesting as I did it from a role of an in-house team coach. It was a very different way of being as compared to being an external facilitator.

Summary:
Flew from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to deliver a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFInder) Workshop for regional Finance Leaders from Havi Logistics. This was a full day workshop delivered in March 2023. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
The group was bubbly and enthusiastic to learn. The Team Lead shared with great openness about her strengths and weaknesses. It was a memorable time for me. Hope to be able to conduct more of such sessions!

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths team workshop for the whole staff team from Motion for Impact. This was part of the team development journey to strengthen team culture and engage each other with purpose and care. It was a dedicated time to stop and reflect, to listen and to know each other in a deeper way, to build respect and care.
The Motion team saw how the values and beliefs held in Motion: For Impact was deeply connected to CEO Juliana Mattar’s strengths. As a team, we acknowledged her leadership and how she showed care.

Summary:
This was a team coaching session delivered in my new role as an in-house team coach at Motion: For Impact. Session was held in the office in Singapore and done in December 2022.
Brought the team together to reflect on 2022 moments. The idea was to reflect on key moments of 2022 to draw out personal learnings for each person as part of professional growth and team development.
The team acknowledged the highlights and lowlights and drew out learnings. We ended with a time of gratitude to have closure.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths team coaching session delivered for a group of very established regional leaders, many of them flying in from overseas so we had a chance to do the session in person rather than having a hybrid session. The session was held in Singapore and was done in November 2022.
The emotional and mood space of the team was perfect for learning. Many shared openly and vulnerably. Each person intentionally slowed down, listened to others and had time for personal reflection.
I had fun designing the short session, listening in and observing the dynamics. I deeply believe the insights and feedback generated through the session will bear fruit for many of these leaders.

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths workshop for a group of 30 volunteers from CDAC, held in Singapore. It was arranged to appreciate the volunteers and with the aim of increasing their personal effectiveness. I was genuinely surprised (in a good way) how the workshop created intergenerational dialogues with the youngest at early twenties and the oldest participant in the late seventies. It was a very good mix of different generations represented.
