StrengthsBased Selling Singapore Workshop Program for Statista using StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths).

This session was arranged for a sales team as an integrated team building workshop with a selling element. It was very enjoyable and the day passed by very quickly. Energy level was 10/10 and there were lots of laughter and I could see everyone enjoying the learning. Personally, it has been a while since I did a workshop on selling. I felt sharp and had a great time! Feeling thankful and blessed!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop for YWAM Youth Worker DTS

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Workshop Program for Youth With A Mission (YWAM).

Was invited by Joseph Chean, Director of YWAM and personal mentor to be involved in the Youth Workers Discipleship Training School (DTS) and ran the CliftonStrengths program during the orientation week. Spent a full day with the different youth workers who came from different countries including Thailand, Nepal, Timor Leste and Singapore. Was very glad for the opportunity to impact this group of Youth workers. Shared about StrengthsFinder in the context of Youth Ministry and how the tool can empower and equip both the youth workers and the youth themselves. It was a very enjoyable workshop and thankful to fellow Gallup coach James Ong who helped me out to facilitate the session.

Strengthening Relationships: Coaching with YWAM Couple

Couple Coaching Session: This was a very memorable session. One was my mentor who helped me intentionally with character building when I started my career. Joseph Chean is also director of YWAM Singapore. His wife, coincidentally, was my Secondary School form teacher who impacted me in my youth. I realized how coaching requires so much trust between the parties especially when it comes to coaching in the context of marriage and family relationships. So much vulnerabilities are revealed and trust between each other is critical. The session also did 2 things for me.

1. it confirms in my heart that I am deeply passionate about what I do.

2. It made me realized that it is courage that kept me going. Even though I could see myself as an experienced coach, I still felt inadequate to do this coaching session. In the end, the session seemed to do more wonders for me! I realized that if they had not sowed in my life, I will not have been who I am today. I have learnt courage from them and I was determined to practice courage in moving forward. I’m immensely grateful for the trust shown in me.

Hope this short reflection will encourage those of you who need courage to overcome the challenges ahead!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop - NTU PEAK Program

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership and Career #Workshop for NTU PEAK program.

This was a full day leadership workshop for a group of 40 NTU students carefully selected out of 100plus applicants. The focus of the workshop was increasing the self awareness of these students and to help them gain greater perspectives of the realities of working in the marketplace. Similar to previous sessions, I facilitated a sharing by panelists formed by marketplace leaders. One shared about her innovation work in Grab. Another shared about the innovation work in Centre for Strategic Futures, part of a Strategic group under Prime Minister Office. The last panelist shared about her innovation work in Mann+Hummel. I personally enjoyed listening to the different responses and learnt a lot! A time well spent with aspiring young leaders!

CliftonStrengths Workshop for NTU Singapore

CliftonStrengths Singapore Workshop Program for Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

This was the 10th StrengthsFinder workshop for NTU and we are very happy to continue impacting the different staff and university students in this organization. Co-facilitated this workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. Workshop was held at the ARC in NTU, a very nice new area designed and built to have seminars, workshops and programs. The team members were all very engaged and there were lots of interaction and sharing. One of the members commented that it is so good to be able to share more about themselves and the things they enjoy and are energized about, rather than discussing about daily work issues and challenges. listening and interacting with each other. Grateful for a day well spent!

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) HongKong Leadership Workshop Program for PVH.

Very happy to be working again with an old friend who arranged for us to run a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop for PVH. PVH owns Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and many other brands so this was a great privilege and opportunity for us. The Director of Human Resource also joined in to participate in the workshop so it was a good opportunity for us to connect. I conducted this CliftonStrengths workshop together with Jeff and building on the partnership we had forged from our last workshop in Thailand. There was lots of energy and the workshop went better than expected. The participants were very happy after the workshop and I felt really glad as well!
